Terms of sale:

All goods are sold with a 14 day return to base policy for faults only ( unless otherwise stated ). On conformation of the fault a full refund plus shipping costs, will be paid to UK Mainland customers only.

Please be aware, if you have returned an item found to not be faulty through incorrect assembly, faulty components or damage to the item caused by yourself, you will be asked to pay our return shipping costs before the item is dispatched back to yourself.

International customers are responsible for their own return costs back to us.

Shipping:

We offer 2 postal services depending on the item: Royal Mail First Class Recorded. This is used for smaller items, we ship all goods paid for before 10AM the same day through Royal Mail, so normally goods are received the following day. Items weighing up to 30kg's will be shipped via Parcel Force 24 hour service.

31KG and above - Will be assessed on a 'per item' basis. This could either be sent in two lots via Parcel Force, or half a pallet to multiple pallets. Please contact us with your area /postcode for a pallet shipping quote.

For all UK Mainland Shipments (1-2 working Days for dispatch):

We will ship any items weighing under 2KG's World Wide. Please contact us for a quote. For International shipments the delivery time will vary dependant on country of origin. These will be sent Iinternational Signed For. International buyers are able to buy larger weights, as long as they can send in a company to collect and to pay their local taxes.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

New Stock

We sell end of line new stock from all major manufacturers.

We take on new, end of line stock from most major manufactuers. Looking for 'hard to find' components? then we may be the supplier for you.

Refurbished Stock

All refurbished stock is manufacturer, or internally refurbished.

All of our stock is either refurbished direct from the manufacturer, or refurbished in house to the highest possible standard.

Faulty Stock

Large selection of tested faulty and end user return stock.

We also deal in large quantitity's of tested faulty, or end user return stock. This can range from memory or hard drives, to complete laptop's and computer systems.
